Particular suite in a prefabricated building surrounded by a quiet private garden with charming views of the shores of Lake Como and the majestic castle of Rezzonico. The residence, along with all modern comforts, has a whirlpool, with heated water, allowing you to enjoy your dream holiday.
You can also invite your friends over to spend time together with the option of sleeping romantically under the starry sky.
For stays of min. 7 days, there is a free 2-hour boat tour of Lake Como. You have to option of a personal driver upon arrival at the airport throughout your stay to your departure or for a day of cultural, to go shopping, etc. And just like in fairy tales, your dreams will come true.

Lake - if you stay in one of our locations for a week, you can contact us for your free two-hour boat tour.
Battello: you can marvel at the most beautiful villas, some with famous owners along the lake (see PDF timetable).
Piona: Ancient Abbey, a place of peace, meditation and prayer, surrounded by greenery, reachable from Colico or by battello (see PDF timetable)
Bellaggio: Villa Melzi, in addition to the majestic villa, the complex also consists of a chapel and a wonderful and well-kept English garden (see PDF timetable).
Varenna: Vezio castle (see PDF)
Villa Monastero: A beautiful Villa with botanical gardens, house museum and congress centre. Summer courses of the Italian School of Physics were held here, hosting over 34 Nobel Prize winners.
On foot: The San Siro region has 19 towns, all varied with different types of building; on the lake, near valleys or in the middle of the mountains.
Cycling: cycling routes that go either towards Menaggio or towards Colico - you can find bicycles on site (see PDF).
Mountains: Sant Moritz - Swiss town in the Grisons, in the Alps. In the upper part, there are hotels and exclusive shops and is an area frequented by VIPs. In the lower area there are spas with iron-rich waters that flow from the ground. (see PDF)
Bernina Express : heading towards Sondrio - 160km. This is a panoramic tour through the foothills of Tirano with wonderful alpine views, gorges and frozen lakes. Fantastic to do in both winter and summer (see PDF).
Shopping: Menaggio (5 km towards Como) and Gavedona (5 km towards Colico), as well as supermarkets, you can find clothing stores, typical local products, shoes, perfumeries, bars, restaurants and more.
